Major redevelopment of restrictive city centre site in Aberdeen comprising Office, Hotel, Retail, Leisure and Entertainment space and the reconfiguration of an existing Car Parking facility. The project procurement was undertaken in two distinct phases with the refurbishment of part of the existing structure being a traditional tendering process and the main works being procured through a two stage tendering exercise.
